How does it work?

Access the Channel of Ethical Conduct through the site. After sending your message (you can choose whether or not to identify), it is your choice. After submission, Finepack will evaluate the content and take appropriate measures with seriousness and concern regarding each message left, always respecting and preserving the complainants and reported.

Commitment to respect and align their conduct in order to meet all stated requirements to comply with the principles listed below as well as the laws applicable to these principles, in addition to extending to contractors (sub-contractors) social commitment and complying with at least following standards:

According to Law 12.846 and Decree n° 8420 in Brazil:

Prohibition of child labor: Does not use child labor.
Forced labour: Do not allow or support any kind of forced labor.
Occupational Health and Safety Conditions: Provide your employees with a pleasant, safe and healthy work environment. Take effective measures to prevent accidents and potential damage to employees' health.
Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining: Agree to the right of free association with its employees
Prohibition and Discrimination: Failure to perform or support discrimination in the selection and hiring of employees, including in respect of salary, benefits, advancement, discipline, termination of contract or retirement, based on race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic origin, sexual orientation , gender, political opinion, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership or physical disability.
Disciplinary Practices: Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
Worked hours: working hours compatible with legal requirements.
Remuneration: Ensure a fair remuneration to meet the needs of its employees.
Protection of the environment: Comply with all relevant environmental laws and regulations.
Anti-corruption: Comply with all anti-corruption laws and regulations applicable to the conduct of your business.
Other laws: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the manufacture, pricing, marketing or distribution of merchandise.
Publication: Ensure all appropriate measures to ensure that the provisions of this Code of Conduct are communicated to employees.
